The Crook County Financial Audit Report for the compliance year ending June 30, 2020 is available for inspection at the Crook County Clerk’s Office from 8:00 o’clock A.M. to 5:00 o’clock P.M., Monday through Friday, in the Courthouse in Sundance, Wyoming.

TO ADOPT NEW WEED AND PEST DISTRICT BOARD MEMBER AREAS
The Board of County Commissioners of Crook County, Wyoming will consider new Weed and Pest District Board Member areas in accordance with W.S. 11-5-104 (a) on April 7, 2021 at 1:00 P. M. in the Crook County Commissioners Room in Sundance, WY. The proposed district board member areas are shown on the map below and can be obtained by calling the County Clerk at (307) 283-1323, or by making a written request addressed to the County Clerk, P.O. Box 37, Sundance, WY 82729 or located under Public Notices at www.crookcounty.wy.gov The Board of County Commissioners will decide whether to adopt the new District Board Member areas for five (5) board members.
The Board requests nominations for a new district board member from the new Area 2 by petition signed by at least ten (10) landowners to be submitted at least five (5) days before the date of the meeting. Petitions are available on the County website, County Clerk and the Weed and Pest.
Reasonable accommodations will be made, and any person may attend the meeting by phone or by GoToMeeting, that information will be provided on the previously mentioned link.

Fire Advisory Board Meeting
There will be a Fire Advisory Board meeting held May 19, 2021 at Aladdin Fire Hall. Dinner will be served at 6pm, with the meeting to follow starting at 6:30pm
COVID CHARITABLE RELIEF PROGRAM
Please find attached COVID funds that may be available to 501 c 3 or c 19 charitable organizations and churches in Crook County.
It covers COVID Expenses and Lost Revenue and Income due to COVID such as cancelled or reduced fundraisers.
There is a very short deadline for this.
SUBJECT TO CHANGE the county clerk needs originals and attachments in the office by the end of the day 5 pm on the 25th so the commissioners may approve them at their February meeting. Rules and forms are self-explanatory and attached.
This deadline may change depending upon federal legislation.

Crook County, Wyoming is requesting proposals from all interested providers for High-Speed Internet/Broadband services for affordable, reliable high-speed Internet access for unserved and underserved areas of the county for our residential and business constituents, as well as unserved government offices. Federal, State and local matching funds are available.
