NOTICE Of Crook County Natural Resource Management Plan Available for Public Comment
The Crook County Board of County Commissioners along with a steering committee has completed a draft Natural Resource Management Plan. The County developed this Plan as a tool which allows a local government to have a substantive impact on federal decisions, plans, policies, and programs. Federal agencies consideration of a local natural resource management plan, or resource plan, can play a key role in the success of a local government engaging as a cooperative agency or with consistency review under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), coordination under the Federal Lands Policy and Management Act (FLPMA), or National Forest Management Act (NFMA) as well as assisting in the Governor’s consistency review.
Crook County DRAFT Natural Resource Management Plan
The Draft Crook County Natural Resource Management Plan will be released for public comment on September 15th. Hard copies will also be available at the Crook County Clerk’s Office; the libraries in Sundace, Hulett, and Moorcroft; Pine Haven Town Hall; and the Crook County Natural Resource District Office after September 15th.
In an effort to acquire community input and provide information about the purpose and intent of the Plan, public meetings will be held on September 29, 2020 in Hulett and Sundance. The time and location of the meetings are listed below.

Dust Mitigation Project
Notice of Final Acceptance
To all persons, corporations or firms who have any claim for work done for or any materials furnished to Dustbusters, Inc. at PO Box 15, Evanston, WY 82931 for the Crook County Dust Suppression Project, located in Crook County, Wyoming.
You are hereby notified that Crook County has accepted as completed, according to plans and specifications and rules set forth in the Agreement between the County and the aforementioned Contractor, the work in connection with Crook County Dust Suppression Project and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement.
You are further notified that upon September 3, 2019, Crook County paid to Dustbusters, Inc., the full amount due under said Contract, and in the event that your claim is not filed with said Crook County, Wyoming prior to August 11, 2020, the same shall be waived.
This notice is given pursuant to Wyoming Statute 16-6-116.
