The Board of Crook County Commissioners will hold the final public hearing to approve or deny the Mertz Subdivision, One Split Subdivision on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. in the County Commissioner’s Room at the Crook County Courthouse, 309 Cleveland Street, Sundance, Wyoming.

Request for Proposals For High Speed Internet/Broadband Services for Unserved Areas of Crook County, Wyoming

Crook County, Wyoming is requesting proposals from all interested providers for High-Speed Internet/Broadband services for affordable, reliable high-speed Internet access for unserved and underserved areas of the county for our residential and business constituents, as well as unserved government offices.  Federal, State and local matching funds are available.

Dust Mitigation Project
Notice of Final Acceptance
To all persons, corporations or firms who have any claim for work done for or any materials furnished to Dustbusters, Inc. at PO Box 15, Evanston, WY 82931 for the Crook County Dust Suppression Project, located in Crook County, Wyoming.  
You are hereby notified that Crook County has accepted as completed, according to plans and specifications and rules set forth in the Agreement between the County and the aforementioned Contractor, the work in connection with Crook County Dust Suppression Project and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement.
You are further notified that upon September 3, 2019, Crook County paid to Dustbusters, Inc., the full amount due under said Contract, and in the event that your claim is not filed with said Crook County, Wyoming prior to August 11, 2020, the same shall be waived.
This notice is given pursuant to Wyoming Statute 16-6-116.

WILDLAND URBAN INTERFACE
 GRANT 
(WSWUI) NOW OPEN

     Wyoming State Forestry Division is now accepting proposal applications for the 2020 Western States Wildland Urban Interface Grant Program (WSWUI).  Offered by the Wyoming State Forestry Division in partnership with the USDA Forest Service State and Private Forestry branch, the WSWUI Grant Program offers reimbursable financial assistance for projects and emphasis on hazard fuel reduction in the WUI, information and education, assessment and planning, and monitoring through community and landowner action.  Click below on the pages for more information.

COUNTY AUDIT 

The Crook County Financial Audit Report for the compliance year ending June 30, 2018 is available for inspection at the Crook County Clerk’s Office from 8:00 o’clock A.M. to 5:00 o’clock P.M., Monday through Friday, in the Courthouse in Sundance, Wyoming.
