NOTICE OF CHANGE OF POLLING LOCATION
Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of June, 2020, at 8:30 o’clock A.M. in the Commissioners Room in the Courthouse in Sundance, WY, the Board of County Commissioners will consider a change of polling place location for the following Districts and Precincts:
  • 01-01 Sundance Inside North, 01-02 Sundance Inside South and 02-02 Sundance Outside to be moved to the CCSD#1 Central Office gymnasium at 122 Highway 585, Sundance,  due to population, in order to comply with Directive 2020-03 from the Secretary of State requiring a 6’ social distancing.
  • 03-03 Beulah, 07-07 Aladdin and 12-12 Elmore to be moved into the Courthouse Basement at 309 Cleveland Street, Sundance in order to comply with Directive 2020-03 from the Secretary of State requiring a 6’ social distancing and also the requirement to have no less than 4 Election Judges, which is often hard to find the statutorily required 3 Election Judges.
  • 15-15 Pine Haven to be moved to the Vineyard Church at 3 Industrial Park, Pine Haven in order to comply with Directive 2020-03 from the Secretary of State requiring a 6’ social distancing.
Pursuant to W.S. 22-12-101(b), a polling place location change may be adopted by the County Clerk at a meeting of the County Commissioners during which the proposed change is discussed.

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF POLLING LOCATION FOR DISTRICT 23 PRECINCT 23 
Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of April, 2020, at 10:30 o’clock A.M. in the Commissioners Room in the Courthouse in Sundance, WY, the Board of County Commissioners will consider a change of polling place location for District 23 Precinct 23 from the New Haven Community Building to the Greater Hulett Community Center due to not having enough election judges to serve in the New Haven Community Building per W.S. 22-8-106. Pursuant to W.S. 22-12-101(b), a polling place location change may be adopted by the County Clerk at a meeting of the County Commissioners during which the proposed change is discussed.
