The full crew is at work clearing the roads.  We are particularly slow moving with this snow.  The drifts are very hard and very deep. In some cases we need the snowblower to get through.  This machine is slow moving. Most of the roads that were opened today have blown in behind us, as the winds have not let up.

A winter storm moved in Friday afternoon and snowing and blowing into Saturday.  All road and bridge plows will be dispatched at 7 a.m. on Sunday morning.
All plows are out today after the weekend windstorm. We are working to get all the roads plowed.  Just a reminder that we are not a 24/7 operation. We only have enough staff and equipment to operate on day shifts  Some outlying and low volume roads may not see a plow until Wednesday

four to eight inches of snow is expected overnight tonight and the plows are ready to begin first thing tomorrow morning.

Crews are busy clearing the new year snowstorm.  The wind is dying now and we are starting to see some progress in our efforts.  Please be patient as we work to clear all the roads.
