Traffic and Boating Citation Dismissal Program

The traffic citation dismissal program is a voluntary program offered by the Crook County and Prosecuting Attorney to persons who meet specific qualifications. This program allows qualified participants to have their traffic citations dismissed by the Prosecuting Attorney. If you comply with all the provisions of this program, no court appearance will be required, no fine will be collected from you, and there will be no record of conviction for the offense on your driving record. (There will be a note of a dismissed charge.) Participating in this program may help you avoid having your automobile insurance rates rise.

If you have received a letter or phone call from the Crook County Attorney indicating that you have met the qualifications to participate in this program, you may enroll on-line in the Crook County approved program.
