Small Wastewater Treatment Facility (Septic System)
 
Before construction begins on a small wastewater treatment facility a Wyoming Water Quality Application Form/Permit to Construct and a Small Wastewater Facilities (Septic Tanks and Leachfields) Application Packet must be completed and approved by the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ)/Water Quality Division. Return the completed application to the WDEQ Casper Field Office at:

Once the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ)/Water Quality Division has reviewed and approved the application for coverage under General Permit to Construct, Install, Modify or Operate a Small Wastewater Facility in accordance with Chapter 3, Section 9 of the Wyoming Water Quality Rules and Regulations a Crook County Application for Inspection of Small Wastewater Treatment Facility Installation must be completed and returned to the Growth & Development Department along with a two hundred dollar ($200)  inspection fee. Make the check payable to Crook County and return the completed application and fee to:
