County Board of Equalization

 

The Crook County Board of Equalization is made up of the Board of Crook County Commissioners.  Their function is to provide a fair and just disposition for taxpayers who are contesting the administrative decisions of the County Assessor.

 

We have provided a copy of the Rules and Regulations for the County Board of Equalization.  A signed and recorded copy of the rules is available at the Crook County Clerk’s Office.  The County Clerk is the Clerk to the Crook County Board of Equalization.
