Forms available at our office:
 
Under the direction of the Wyoming Supreme Court, The Citizen’s Access to Courts Committee developed forms and instructions for Pro-Se (do-it-yourself) litigants to use in certain domestic relations cases. These forms are available at every Clerk of District Court office in the state of Wyoming. We recommend to Pro-Se litigants that they contact an attorney if they have any questions or do not fully understand what is needed. Each packet is $10.00. There are no refunds given for returned packets. The packets available are:
 

  • Divorce with children - must be filed in the county in which you reside
    Answer to Divorce with children

  • Divorce, no children - must be filed in the county in which your reside
    Answer to Divorce, no children

  • Modification of Child Support - must be filed in the court in which the original court order exists

  • Modification of Child Custody - must be filed in the court in which the original court order exists
